Pagtitipon: A Collective Space for Reflection and Practice

What are the gifts and griefs that we hold around colonial patterns that surface in our work?


An invitation for facilitators, leaders, coaches, mentors, consultants, capacity-builders, and community weavers to listen and learn from each other as we move away from colonial patterns and weave regenerative ones into our practices.


This session arises from the work, From Colonial Patterns to Regenerative Practices: A Self-Assessment and Reflection Guide for Facilitators, Consultants, and Capacity Builders. The guide invites us to notice the ways colonial histories still shape our language, pace, power, and ways of knowing—and to practice shifting toward regenerative patterns that expand dignity, reciprocity, and belonging.
