About the event
This Healing Circle is a Heartbeat Drumming Chakra toning circle 🌈🪘facilitated by Marie Louise
Drumming to calm our nervous system and chanting to soothe and enliven.
No experience necessary.
I will drum a steady rhythm to which you can join in if you have a drum, or simply listen and gently allow your nervous system to regulate to the beat.
Then I will chant the chakras using the mantras
