FLOCKING IN THE MIDST OF UNRAVELING: Resourcing together when the world feels too much
We are living in a time of unraveling. The systems we were told to rely on are cracking. Certainties are dissolving and many of us are carrying not only the weight of our own lives, but the grief, fear, and volatility of a world in transition.
Our bodies know this. Our nervous systems are sounding the alarm through overwhelm, hyper-independence, numbness, urgency, collapse. Amidst all of these, we are still expected to perform, produce, decide, and care, often in isolation.
But we were never meant to do this alone. We were never meant to carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. This 90-minute Refugia healing circle is an invitation to flock, to remember and re-member our relational capacity as a source of safety, strength, and orientation in chaotic times.
