About
THIS IS THE RECORDING OF ROOTED CONNECTIONS What does it mean to see plants as our ancestors? How does this orientation change the way we relate to and interact with our environment, our ancestral lineages, our relationship with ourselves and others? What happens when we explore our sense of connection and belonging to the earth through the wisdom of plantcestors? Together, we’ll explore our long-standing relationship with plants, as well as our own histories as connected to land, place, home, resilience, and healing. This workshop will create a space to: • Reflect on the role of plantcestors in fostering intergenerational resilience and healing in both personal and collective levels . • Acknowledge the impact of intergenerational trauma and explore how plants serve as bridges toward restoration and renewal. • Discover practical ways to identify and connect with your culturally-specific plantcestors, reclaiming traditions that hold wisdom deeply needed for our times. Do join us for this session of connecting with plantcestors as a practice of finding more rootedness and a deeper understanding of ourselves, of others, and of the world.
